Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage warehouse inventory, receive and dispatch goods, and ensure stock is stored safely and accurately. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, unload, and dispatch goods while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Store products and materials in an organized, safe, and accessible manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems.
- Conduct stock counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labelling, handling, and storage of inventory.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Prepare orders for dispatch and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments to ensure efficient stock movement.
- Follow company policies and warehouse procedures at all times.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, stockroom, or storekeeping role is preferred.
- Good English communication skills (pre-departure English course certificate is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move goods safely.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
